All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of £30 to secure your booking unless otherwise stated. Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards for your convenience.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients:

• Arrivals between 15 and 30 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the salon's discretion.

• In some cases, the full appointment fee or deposit may be forfeited.

 

Children & Additional Guests

To maintain a calm, safe and relaxing environment for all clients:

• Additional guests are not permitted to attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made with the salon.

• Please ensure if you are brining children, they remain with you at all times and not wonder around the salon.
